The British National Drug Formulary is the gold standard and NICE is the go to for everything else. As for food regulations all I can say is, eat as little meat as possible or not at all grow your own vegetables, source from local good producers wherever possible. A lot of people are going to be hurt by this, so form your communities and look after each other
Or if you can't, find a participating Community Supported Agriculture farm and buy a share (or a half share, depending on your numbers) in a weekly bunch of organic produce... and learn to preserve it for when growing season is done.
Not just for yourself, also for your neighbours :) In my experience growing vegetables means you either have not enough or too much of each crop, so share the abundance :) And if your neighbours do the same, then your abundances and their abundances will often fill each other's gaps.
