The actual truckers, i.e. the people who earn a living driving a truck (and are 90% vaccinated) rather than collect right wing welfare and do stupid shit on social media, are getting absolutely fucked by these idiotic grifters.
What do you think happens when you gotta deliver something to the other side of the border and the closest border crossing is full of crazy QCumbers ?
Oooh, that brings up an idea - spot inspections. If the rig is stopped have the State Police or Mounties do spot inspections and ticket the hell out of any violations.
I was an 18 year old kid working at Topeka Truck Plaza, the largest truck stop between Denver and KC, during the Arab oil embargo and resulting truck driver's strike. That strike was enforced with violence by Teamster members, and a lot of drivers, particularly the independents, were mightily pissed at having to shut down.
I thought I was just imagining that whole blue/brown thing. I was raised by wolves, but I went to work for a bank and had to learn to dress properly when I was 19. Thanks, Playboy.
Coolest truck I ever saw was a '49 cabover Freightliner (in 1974) painted sky blue with the Zig Zag man stenciled on the front of it. The owner/operator looked like he walked right off the Panama Red album cover.
There is no "uniting" here.

Now there's an idea. Let's get some unions to oppose this nonsense and then let all of us workers unite and keep them out of our towns and cities.

Can Ottawa tie cops' salaries to the protest? Can their salaries be blocked by lack of action? Or is it a lack of leadership on resolving this?

Yay! That site funds the Proud Boys, too.
yet, if it were antifa or blm, this page would be posting hero pics lol
I remember that album well.
And now the Teamsters have officially come out against this protest, which hurts workers.

It's too early to listen to Ram Ranch. Maybe later. Ta, Dok.
Freedumb Honkies from Canadia.
They are not workers, by a solid majority, and they are working at the behest of dark money.
This is not the Mad Max apocalyptic dystopia I was expecting.
