Democratic Senators should be talking EVERY DAY about cuts to Medicaid, which allegedly will pay for the tax cuts (always easier to pick on the poors) and the ten years of not meddling with AI (we need that, cause at the moment AI is shit.). Make substantial cuts to SNAP, and grocery stores, even some of the chains, go out of business.. SNAP purchases put $25 billion in Walmart cash registers last year.
Democrats need to put this in the starkest possible terms. Tell people how much of a tax cut trump and musk are going to get. You should be able to get a reasonably close number. Ditto with Senators and Congressmen who will also receive a generous cut given how much they're worth these days. Show them a graph of the pile of PUBLIC money and then show how it is now being distributed. Call them out on every single lie.
So they're decimating the safety net while also ballooning the deficit to enable cruelty to the most vulnerable people in our country and help billionaires have even more money than they can spend in a lifetime? How is this not being screamed by every reporter/journalist that isn't part of Fox News/every other right wing nut job outlet?
So let me see if I have this correctly. This bill will pay farmers for the loss of income because of cuts to SNAP and other food benefits. Paying farmers not to grow food that would go to poor families and students. Or paying them to let crops rot in the field rather than use those crops to feed poor people through existing programs. Evil, satanic, vile, cruel, there are not enough words to describe the MAGA cult. And not very Christian.

Pair that with the constant lies from the GOP issued through Fox propaganda, and people will be blindsided when the cuts hit. Finally, many of the working poor just don't have access to news - can't afford cable, don't have internet. All they have is right-wing talk radio.
