I grew up in the 1950s and 1960s and to my recollection a good number of the war movies that were made in the 1940s and after said the Nazis were bad, if not evil, and were enemies of human decency, democracy, and liked to kill innocent people. So now we are to believe that an avowed Nazi and all of the things he believed in are things to be proud of? Strange because Germany and Europe are still fighting their racist and anti democracy hatred even now. And in the US we give them medals of freedom? And proper military burials for trying to overthrow the US Government? I am not ok with this by a long shot. It is wrong! This president will lead us down a very dark and dismal path unless we get rid of him, and soon!

I think the combo of frustration thru being unable to use my dominant hand, plus some after effect of the anaesthetic muddled my brain a bit. I was trying to write "knots" ala R D Laing (no I don't hero worship him. Idols are for children and adolescents who need role models.) but I got a bit outraged over the Epstein "jokes" because I am close to some who have been deeply affected by CSA.
I still think the media should not profit thru reporting on crime. Can we pass a Law requiring all media outlets to donate a proportion to the victims, so they can get the help they need quickly, be it grief therapy, physio, psycho therapy, legal costs, whatever? Instead of having to sue the criminal and wait for years for it to wind thru the courts? Has T**** paid E Jean Carroll yet, following the ultimate court order?

What if whenever something like this happens, someone were to post the made-up name of the imaginary perp, with his picture -- a pix of Donald Trump? Would doing this get anyone in trouble with the Secret Service?
