typical hypocrisy, right? They complain about how awful the US education system is, but they never tried to make up for it themselves, personally. Latin is fiendishly difficult but you can teach yourself vocabulary & pronunciation. You can do the same thing with the Greek & Cyrillic alphabets.

But it's the teachers' fault of course.
