Ha ha! Interesting choice of words. Is it tasteless or funny that I pointed that out? I'm a confused puppy.

It's hard to understand how it seems all right to anyone that he should hassle her year after year. Why is it ok for him to insult anybody who hasn't done anything wrong?

But I know what bothers him about her. She isn't the kind of cosy adorable woman who makes herself seem warm and available, as part of her personality. Many many regular women can do this but she doesn't, she seems austere and withdrawn. And THAT is surely what bugs this little tyrant. What provoked the slap seemed to be that he was saying to Will Smith-- come on, Will, now that she's actually bald...! ? as if he was pitying him. I was outraged at Chris Rock and I don't know anything about any of them except Chris Rock was being one of those super-annoying comedians. He and Will Smith should be allies, shouldn't they? And Will Smith and not Chris Rock knows exactly how much her hair problems are actually bothering his wife. So I'd have slapped him too. People are such fools-- when you slap somebody you don't plan it. Btw, it can't be compared to 'violence' as in 'gun violence.'

yes, he is wrong. It is the same argument style the right makes about cars or planes and being concerned about climate change. To continue to exist in this world as is, to be competitive enough to make a living, many of us MUST use these devices. Just like Al Gore can't get to parts of Alaska without a plane. It is a bad argument and he should feel bad.
