http://www.nbcnews.com/id/4... I'm so sorry but there is a necessity of bringing the bestial habits of people around the world into the light and treating this problem for what it is--a challenge to mental health and standards of behavior for our species. Poor gonza reporter Hunter S. Thompson lived and died to do this. He didn't die in vain. It's better not to think about these things but if your brain can tolerate it go for it. There is a need you will feel as you see the problem. Each of us has a work to do.

Was Anthony Burdain reading "Fear and Loathing"? or did he react negatively to the 'spirit cooking' of Marina Abramović https://frieze.com/article/....

No one who thinks and checks their facts can keep up. I suppose it's like every other kind of addiction. People tell themselves, "I can take it or leave it. Believing that Hillary Rodham was fired from the Watergate inquiry for dishonesty and unethical behaviour, or that Barack and Michelle Obama had their licences to practice law withdrawn, feels sooooo good, and I won't get hooked. I won't start craving bigger doses of irrational slander, I'll never start mainlining batshit crazy hate, uh uh, not me."Before they know where they are ...

He has not coached anyone in quite some time actually. Apparently that's an honorific that stays with you for life.

From the evidence, I think he's getting too old for that these days - he seems to miss, a LOT.
