maybe he'll fall asleep somewhere and a nice reporter will offer to let him sleep at his apartment not realizing that he's the sec of state, then when the reporter figures it out he'll take pompeo on a tour of rome on a vespa while his photographer takes pictures of them all over the city. then the reporter will realize that he's in love with pompeo and in the end give all the pictures to pompeo. it'll be like a roman holiday for our sec of state
at this point what kind of retaliation can pompeo really do? if he fires anyone who testifies to congress, it'll take about a year for the wrongful termination lawsuit to be resolved, then even if they lose and he's allowed to fire them, they can collect unemployment for 6 months and then president warren will hire them all back and give them a promotion and a medal of honor, and the nice corner office that used to belong to the guy who didn't testify to congress

When my grandmother passed there was a woman speaking in tongues at the funeral. I genuinely thought I was not hearing things clearly in my grief. She would start off okay then I thought I'd just lost the rest of whatever she was saying because I was crying so much. It was not until after when my aunts and mom were talking about the funeral that one of my aunts brought it up and I realized that I had not lost track of language in my grief she was just speaking in tongues. I was very relieved about that.
I was kind of in and out of consciousness when they did the catheterization. The attending Anesthesiologist during and after the surgery sure was nervous tho. When he was waking me up my blood pressure spiked so he gave me medicine to bring it down. Too much, too fast. My blood pressure dropped so fast I had a heart attack. The Cardiologist they rushed in thought for sure I had a blockage. So he did the catheterization. Nothing. No blockage. No heart disease at all. They said I had a bad reaction to the Anesthesia during surgery.
