this maladministration won't do a thing . . . every one of the companies will go belly-up before next January . . . probably after large "loans" to cover labor costs related to CoVID19 and it will be found that none of them ever paid into unemployment or submitted taxes . . . everybody associated with the scams will be comfortably ensconced in some extradition haven.

aside from that . . . no problem, go ahead and claw-back.

"What's your problem, man?" I found that hilarious in the first article on this subject, and yell it at my boss at least once a week when he asks for my lab results.

Even worse was the tiny detail that those "sterile" tubes they were making were being shoveled off the floor into bins. Great job vetting these companies, Donnie, truly stellar work as usual.

I'm pretty sure all it takes is for Jared Kushner to be running the operation to fuck it up this badly.

Everyone knows KN-95 masks aren't medical grade; we wear them to protect others in case we're infected. That is all.

Lock. Them. Up.

"What's your problem, man?"

Don't know why but I find that hilarious, too. Imma start screaming that at my boss.

Or, do like the Colombian cartels, and just shoot anyone who refuses to follow the restrictions?

I suspect there isn't much left in the way of "regulations" and "oversight" either.

You can’t even say “even a stopped clock is right twice a day” with these people. They can’t even do the right thing by accident occasionally.

It sounds like bargaining with a toddler throwing a tantrum in the middle of a store.

I don't know why anyone is surprised. This is exactly the way the Trump Administration addressed the hurricane crisis in Puerto Rico. You know ... the one they still haven't recovered from? Remember when Whitefish Energy, a two-person firm in Montana, was awarded the $300 million contract to restore much of Puerto Rico's devastated electrical grid? Whitefish's "CEO" is friends with Trump's then-Secretary of the Interior, Ryan Zinke, who also happens to live in Whitefish, MT. AND the company's primary funder donated nearly $100,000 in total to various GOP funds in 2016. Maybe all the COVID survivors will get a big roll of paper towels when this is over.
