As a NH resident, I have the right to say β€œFuck you Baby Sununu. At least your daddy had the integrity to be consistently loathsome throughout his time in office and beyond. You’re just a waffling Assmouth nuzzler who wants to follow Daddy to a national position once you get term-limited out of Concord.”

"But what President Trump is trying to tell people: I did it once, I can do it again."

If he "did it once" but the country went to hell the day after he left office, it wasn't much of a fix, was it Lindsey old chap (and aren't you looking rough these days!). Your argument does nothing to explain why Christians will never need to vote again; it does the opposite.

Trump was plainly predicting that within four years of him being re-elected, he'll have made such profound reforms that re-electing him or his chosen heir will be a formality. The way journalists scurried to give credibility to alternative explanations was beneath contempt, but no more than we've come to expect.

I didn't want to say anything, but is Graham hitting the bottle pretty hard? His face has that bloated, shiny look to it. Maybe he just had some cheap Restalyne.

You'd be looking rough too, if some sleeper agent just called you to remind you of the kompromat they had on you, to remind you to thump that tub for Trump

I really don't like Tapper, and all the rest of the stone-faced "journalists" (<cough> Dana Bash <cough>) who keep on keepin' on with the implications this is just another standard election cycle.

The β€œnightmare” we are living under Biden? Economic recovery, stability, zero White House scandal or intrigue (unless you are maga and consider β€œHunter’s penis” to be part of the White House). I can’t wait for Harris to win in a landslide and absolutely shock people like Lindsey Graham. No thinking person wants a return to 2017-2020. Nobody.

"But what President Trump is trying to tell people: I did it once, I can do it again. These problems can be solved."

Then why didn't he say that? He didn't say that at all. Did Lindsey go to school? Is he literate?

It's weird how there's a cottage industry in deciphering Trump's drivel. "He didn't really say he wants to rule like an omnipotent god-king and crush is enemies, he meant that he wants to unite the country" If a Dem had that much trouble explaining himself it wouldn't go as well.

Go ahead. Unite a country and one that has democracy still has elections. Trump said the quiet part out loud. They DO NOT want open elections.

Republicans ban books in schools.

Democrats ban hunger in schools.

Indeed. Wingnuts are very concerned about banning and removing books about the color purple, or how all people are unique and have value, but they aren’t worried about kids having access to breakfast or lunch. If you just humiliate the poor kids, they will cry and their parents will try harder to pack a lunch. It’s just sound economics.

There is an incredible film called The Quiet Girl, a 2022 or so Irish film about a 9-year-old girl from a poor, dysfunctional family with an alcoholic father and overwhelmed mother with too many kids. The opening scene is about the girl and her siblings have no lunch packed for school, so dad says there’s β€œsome bread” in the fridge. During lunch, the girl steals a cup of milk from the next desk over, only to have kids bump into her and spill it. It’s heartbreaking. She goes to live with cousins on a farm for the summer and experiences real love, comfort, safety and value. It’s a sad ending, but still a beautiful, hopeful film.

My son goes to public school where breakfast and lunch are served every day. He can choose whether to eat breakfast at home or at school each day, and to bring a lunch or eat hot lunch. No shame, no penalty tax to teach parents a lesson, just healthy food to keep the kids from being hungry so they can learn and play. That’s what democrats do for people.

I think it was around the three minute mark where you can clearly see America's forensics team captain swallow a throat full of bile at the very idea that anyone gives even a fractional fuq about what Brett Stephens thinks about absolutely anything, before he went back grinding poor Shannon's talking points into a fine meal suitable for indoor or outdoor planting beds.

Images of drag nuns wearing shark heads standing in the front row of Trump rallies...cat ladies wearing super capes unleashing their kraken cats at the hairball on JD's face...coconut trees in Florida through their nuts at those Mega freeloaders in their Medicare funded electric scooters...killer whales attacking Joe Manchin's yacht...bleach blond, bad-ass, butch lesbians spanking MTG with a hair brush...and a bevy of Black lady district attorneys throwing The Book, any book, at Lizard Skin....I'm old but I can still dream can't I?
