"Not just for the blacks" -- but still not for college administrators, who (according to earlier Court rulings) have the right to decide what their admission policies should be.

As usual, one can be utterly ignornant of Constitutional law, and still know with 100% certainty how Scalia is going to vote. The fact that this doesn't bother him in the least is the principal reason he's a shitty S.C. justice.
