Antonin Scalia, the U.S. Supreme Court's token white male, had a very important reminder for all you justice fans out there yesterday. During oral arguments in a Michigan affirmative action case, Scalia pointed out that "The 14th Amendment protects all races," and not "only the blacks." You see, this is why we have a Supreme Court, because otherwise such insights would only be discussed by bloggers and people carrying handmade signs.
"Not just for the blacks" -- but still not for college administrators, who (according to earlier Court rulings) have the right to decide what their admission policies should be.
As usual, one can be utterly ignornant of Constitutional law, and still know with 100% certainty how Scalia is going to vote. The fact that this doesn't bother him in the least is the principal reason he's a shitty S.C. justice.
Ah, white folks... a minority (e.g. college admissions) except when they're not (e.g. Teatards forcing their will on the country because that's what EVERYBODY wants). Makes me truly embarrassed to be part of that tribe.
Caption: Hey Ruth, Clarence swears his johnson is this long.
I heard on NPR that it was because they couldn't get their federally-issued permits.

If only whites had rights, I'd have a Ph.D. and teach at a college now.
A profile in courage, he says?! Ouch, I think I broke a rib laughing so hard. Gimmie my Obamacare, stat!
As a Black (happens to by my last name), let me just speak for my whole clan in telling Scalia:
Cool Story Bro, when is your retirement party? We're all really looking forward to it, we will bring some nice wine.
