Other than jail time what punishment can the judge hit him with? All of his assets don't amount to 10% of the judgement so any financial penalty is a waste of time. His law license has been revoked and if they take the New York and Florida condos house arrest will not work. Maybe put Rudy in stocks outside the 9/11 memorial in Manhattan, with baskets of rotten fruit available to anyone wishing to voice their opinion of Rudy.
How about some serious and real community service? Working in a trench, replacing lead pipes in Flint; helping to buid housing for the homeless; vaccinating kids... or, you know, JAIL!!
They have to leave him one condo to live in while he sells off the other. The problem is the fucker keeps playing cutesy-poo over which one is his primary residence.
They shouldn't HAVE to leave him a condo. How about he rents an apartment he can pay for on social security?
