Someone should put him out of his misery.

late to the game, i know, but didn't have time to read this yesterday.

THIS IS SO AGGRAVATING. he has the ring. order that it be exchanged through counsel. DONE.

If the title to the car is lost, get a new one from the BMV, it's all freaking PAPERWORK, get it done in a week and see me in court again that day, rudy. Bring it completely executed so that it can transfer immediately.

bring in his son for questioning as to all of the superbowl and reggie items that are suddenly missing.

i do not understand why there is not more enforcement here.

The judiciary is broken. The media is corrupted. The country is broken. Rudy Colludy will be dead before he lands in prison and his estate's heirs will fight to NOT pay these two women what they are legally owed. Trump has already thrown Rudy away.

.

Next up: making sure that Jack Smith's report, volumes 1 and 2, will never see the light of day. Trump's DOJ will make sure of it. Judge Aileen Cannon is doing her best to kill it. I wish Garland would fall on his sword now, that Biden would get the report and put it out there NOW, in part because of how damning it will be for Trump appointments salivating to get into power, but the democrats won't put up a fight. Garland is...Garland. *Sigh*

Ta, Gary. Ghouliani must pay. Shaye and Moss have suffered MORE than enough at his hands.

Jail should be just as accessible for the rich as it is for the poor.

The judge is late to the party. I've held Rudy in contempt ever since he got elected mayor.

“The defendant has been attempting to run out the clock,” Judge Liman said, adding that he was unmoved by the former mayor’s argument that he was overwhelmed with court requests, including charges in two criminal cases and several other civil actions. “The fact that he is a busy person and relied on others is not an excuse,” he said."

As someone else (I think) said on here...Roodles keeps saying he's too busy to do what the court asks but he wasn't too busy to fly around the country to file all those court cases challenging the 2020 election?

Jack Smith should just release his report and dare Cannon to hold him in contempt.

Now, I assure everyone that I am not a lawyer, but I would imagine Rudy's lawyer has some sort of package at the ready that he could drop on the judge the moment his client gets sent to the slammer.

He just hasn't handed anything over yet because he hasn't been sent to the slammer.

Do we even know for sure he inherited that watch from his grandfather? Why believe any of it?

The only thing I have from either of my grandfathers is a pocket watch, so I kinda believe it. Of all his assets, it's one I'd be inclined to let him keep, too.

You would figure that followers of The Orange Turd would figure out this is how he treats those people loyal to him, when he decides they are not worthy of his attention.

One thing is to fire them; another is to let them hang out and dry…..and this is a person that never did him no harm whatsoever as far as we know

Handing over his grandpa's watch seems to really bother him. The damned thing is probably worthless and might fetch $2 at a vintage mall. Take it from him and give it to a drag queen to include in their costume. Use it to humiliate the asshole some more.

Other than jail time what punishment can the judge hit him with? All of his assets don't amount to 10% of the judgement so any financial penalty is a waste of time. His law license has been revoked and if they take the New York and Florida condos house arrest will not work. Maybe put Rudy in stocks outside the 9/11 memorial in Manhattan, with baskets of rotten fruit available to anyone wishing to voice their opinion of Rudy.

How about some serious and real community service? Working in a trench, replacing lead pipes in Flint; helping to buid housing for the homeless; vaccinating kids... or, you know, JAIL!!

We don't want him replacing lead pipes in Flint. That's a serious, complicated job with real possible harm if it isn't done right.

That's a job you want done by Democrats.

They have to leave him one condo to live in while he sells off the other. The problem is the fucker keeps playing cutesy-poo over which one is his primary residence.

un poco loco's avatar

They shouldn't HAVE to leave him a condo. How about he rents an apartment he can pay for on social security? Rudy does not deserve anything better, when he spent most of his life actively participating in politics with a party that thinks seniors DON'T deserve living high on the hog*, on social security, while guys like Rudy have carte blanche to enrich themselves at the public's expense. Fuck him; he needs to pay up.

* and by "high on the hog", I mean being able to at least pay rent for a place to live and buy groceries.

That man really thinks he's above the law. He probably thinks Trump will come to his rescue somehow.

Leave him enough for a 1 BR walkup and a used car. It's still more than most people have.
