speaking of such, i recently learned that "spanking the princess" is apparently a slang term for the female equivilent of "visiting Onancock" - i am not sure whether to be dismayed or amused by that - but it might explain why The Eye wanted to spy on the Princess Detention Room so badly - he could have been misinformed about what actually goes on there ;)

Honestly, is there an affirmative action program for genuinely awful human beings? When did we decide they were an underrepresented group and we needed to make sure there were more of them in politics and the media?

Actually, I’ve been seeing that for over a decade. Although, when I lived in Baja Alabama (a.k.a. the Florida panhandle), the flags were usually the confederate battle flag.

They were in California when we moved there (although not as prevalent there).

Now we live in Michigan. We see them here as well, although the giant Trump flags (we live out in the country here) are a new addition to the normal American and confederate flags.
