Corrections Regarding Big Beavers And The Mexican Language

Several concerned readers have written to Wonkette pointing out a few errors in our unbiased, information-filled reporting surrounding Debbie Stabenow's husband's tragic hooker bust . In bringing this very important information to you, we failed to adequately acquaint ourselves with greater Detroit Metropolitan area roadways, for one, and then there is the little issue of "speaking Mexican."

I love Wonkette, but Big Beaver is a major road of a major U.S. city (did you really not know about it?). Bad form for acting like third graders in reacting to the name.

We consider it our sworn and solemn duty to the public, and to local reporters who are too constrained by Journalism Ethics to snicker at "Big Beaver," to offer a forum in which we all can titter loudly and often at names that suggest large vaginas, particularly in connection with such very relevant news stories.

There in no such language as Mexican , it is called Spanish.
