What turned people against him was the clear impression that he had no moral core, and that he therefore might agree to policies that he didn&#039;t truly believe in, because of party affiliation.
Also, he was a practicing Mormon, i.e., victim of a recent religious scam. (NOTE: I know quite a few Mormons. They are all great people. I wouldn&#039;t vote for any of them for dogcatcher if you gave me a million dollars).
