Count The Gunshots In Philando Castile's Dashcam Murder

Ramsey County, Minnesota, has released the dashcam footage from Officer Jeronimo Yanez's police car the day he shot Philando Castile. It is above. Be a witness as Officer Janez unloads his weapon into Castile's body. Be a witness as the officer screams and shrieks in horror at what he's done, but not enough horror that he doesn't decide to take "one adult female into custody" for as little reason as he killed her boyfriend. Witness the second cop beating feet when the shots go off -- were there only five? it seemed like a hundred -- but at least coming back to scoop up the baby and get her away from the car. That's nice I guess. A nice thing. Take the baby away from the car. I guess.

Four days ago, the officer was acquitted in Castile's death. He certainly didn't intend to kill him, it is clear by his reaction. But he sure manslaughtered him until he was dead.

If anything happened after the first four minutes and 13 seconds of this video, I will never know what they are. That is enough witnessing for today.
