on the good side of disqus, now i can post from chrome instead of having to open up safari. (lost my old username owing to email address shift in the meantime.) but now i got a lotta ampersands and code numbers cluttering up the comments when i read in safari, whereas not in chrome. wonder what's up with that. not shypixel's or disqus' fault, but safari's? prolly hard to say...

Yeah, Lincoln was shown (and loved) the Henry repeater; 7 shots with early brass cartridges. A highly effective firearm, even still. Problem was, his armaments bureaucracy actively opposed its adoption.
