I don't know, but I will be telling everyone I won it anyway. On the other hand, most of my most-thumbed comments have been ones I didn't think would do especially well. Snark is tricky stuff.

Morality is for wusses and people who hate America. And Christmas.

There's a cozy secret rendition prison in Romania that's not currently at full capacity.

Or, of course, the one in Cuba, which will soon be empty and in need of new guests.

<i>Cheney sez: Senate report on torture that he has not read but knows is not only “hooey” but also “full of crap.”</i>

I look forward to hearing him say that at The Hague.

...this is the same group of people that you can't convince that gunning down unarmed brown citizens in the street **maybe** isn't a good thing. What in the holiest of fukks makes us think that they will ever admit that torturing brown non-citizens to death in CIA black sites is immoral?!

<em>"He was, in fact, an integral part of the program. He had to approve it before we went forward with it. […] I think he knew everything he needed to know and wanted to know abou"</em>

...am I the only one that is picking up the "not so subtle" hint that Cheney is dropping here?

Sounds like Cheney moved to the "If I go down for this, boy, I'm taking you with me!" line of thought.

See, it doesn't take torture to get someone to admit to heinous crimes and implicate their accomplices, just a few questions from a friendly Fox interviewer.

Prison is for the little people (Lynndie England, Charles Graner) not for Bush or Cheney..

I think you're throwing around the word "people" a little loosely there, my friend.
