In essence blockchain is a ledger that tracks previous transactions. It is encrypted to the moon and back to make it impossible to modify that ledger and it keeps the entire history of all transactions it undergoes forever. So the more a blockchained thing is used, the harder it becomes to use it. but the more important reason bitcoin and the like are so expensive is because you need to calculate a new unique blockchain (or whatever it is called, as I said I don't know much about it) which if I am not mistaken is what the bitcoin gets encrypted with.
Bitcoin and the like are types of products that have a blockchain component but they are not the only example. Blockchain on its own is just another tool to use with computers.
Not that Musk and his nutjobs understand this, of course.

All efforts are made to include students with disabilities in the general classroom.
