In a desperate effort to help Pop Pop with his most recent rape judgment, Eric and Don Joonyer have agreed to play Beavis & Butthead in the live action (unauthorized) film produced by Steve Bannon and Ben Shapiro. Unfortunately, the brothers negotiated the deal without supervision, and agreed to be paid entirely in nachos. Defending their obvious gaff, the boys were quick to point out how much money they will make just as soon as they find a buyer for the nachos.

He's too stupid to shut up, so is she going to sue him a third time?

I'm totally serious. 1. Is that possible, and 2. Will she?

Dina's avatar

I think EVERYONE he has slandered should sue him now. Judge Kaplan, Fani Willis, Letitia James...hell, why not Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, even Nikki Haley! ERRYBODY jump on the bandwagon, will be wild!

DDB9000's avatar

So shouldn't all of us progressives, liberals, Democrats and others of our ilk do the same?

I live in NY state and I could give AG Letitia James a heads-up...

Dina's avatar

We should, but MAGAts, as original as they are, would try that out on Hillary because "ShE CaLlEd uS dEpLoRaBlEs!"

Could be the first class-action defamation trial in history.

He seems to be good at testing "firsts," so why not!

As a public service to our collective Wonketteers, I'd like to remind them, solely for their dining and dancing pleasure, that today's judgment is on top of the $140-some million he's already on the hook to her for.

Hee. Hee.

Edit: Apparently, he didn't get as much the first time around as I thought, which makes sense, since why would the go for less the second time. I need a spreadsheet. Stat!

Edit: Apparently, the $140-something million judgment is Rudy's. I'm gonna need a spreadsheet to keep all this shit straight.

83 Million. But it’s okay! He’s a billionaire! BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!🤣

Wonder how much he’s gonna sell Trump Chicago for. I get my tax return in a few weeks -anybody wannna go half with me and make him a cash offer? I bet he’ll take $1000.

Mark Linimon's avatar

Especially if he doesn't have the deed to it.

Trump creates GoGriftMe page with $83.3 million goal, asks his idiot followers to pay for his sins. “A verdict against me is a verdict against us all!” Trump wailed. “This is NOT the America I knew when I was assaulting women, accusing innocent black kids of rape and overstating the value of my property while declaring bankruptcy 26 times. Where has the protection for wealthy, white men gone?”

*Anyone sending $1 million or more gets a free meal with Eric at the Sizzler in Hoboken, NJ. You must pay your own bus fare.

That's hilarious!

"How To Flunk Out Of Law School on National TV".

If they allowed cameras in the court room, this would have shut down the economy. Can you imagine being glued to the screen every day watching Judge Kaplan school Habba?

DemoCat's avatar

$83.3 million. lol. Good luck with that appeal and $83.3 million bond, Butthole.

I, who hardly ever posts to Xitter, just sent my little contributory hashtag out into the aether.

I like to picture Carroll and Kaplan laughing over a glass of champagne because fuck this guy, he's going to do it again and they know it. They've earned a laugh, god dammit.

Daniel O'Riordan's avatar

I wonder what Roberta's going to name her yacht?

simpledinosaur's avatar

Yes. He's ensuring that even if he ends up getting a reduction of the damages, they'll still be so huge that even the remainder will be ruinous. What's he going to do for an encore -- shoot for a billion in punitive damages? If attorney Roberta Kaplan's strategy worked great this time -- saying "punish him enough to make him stop defaming Carroll," essentially -- it's quite likely that the same strategy will be employed next time. Which means jacking up the amount astronomically. Again.

Innocent Bystander's avatar

Basically, $83.3M is triple the previous damages ($5M >18.3) for "repeat offender" and the rest ($65M) is punitive for "NSTFU". If you ask me, first thing Monday morning, E. Jean is going to be able to drive right around the block, back to the same courthouse and file Carroll III with a "Judge, he did it again last Friday night" brief. I'm glad that the Loser has to post the dough with the Court while he appeals the inevitable, as he had to with the $5M. (I wondered about that) That ties up a lot of MAGA money. It's getting to the point, I think, that he can't fleece it from the suckers as fast as he gets clipped for repeating his mistake(s). I still can't understand why anybody sends money to anybody who claims to be a billionaire. Mike Bloomberg at least had the decency to pay for his own ticket to nowhere.

Watch for a major meltdown over the weekend. I’m pretty sure his only liquid cash is coming from the rubes - everything else is being held by the world’s worst people and when he starts defaulting on that he will be in serious shit. I will die laughing if Merde-a-Loser gets seized to pay off E. Jean.

Daniel O'Riordan's avatar

Give her Trump Tower. She probably wants to stay in the city.

DDB9000's avatar

She could re-name it Trump Loser...

I’m recalling that Tom Wolfe novel A Man in Full’s description of a session with the ‘workout men’. There was one such judging the assets of a man in very bad business trouble. One was thinking that he knew he was doing his job right when the moons of sweat under the debtor’s arms joined into one big splotch along the shoulders. I fear that such a “workout” is in the future for Our Favorite Presidenti.

So when can we expect the defamation trial for the comments Trump will make about EJC is the next 24 hours to begin?

I wouldn't have taken that bet before this ... but I might now

Habba Babba couldn't control her client. Neither could any of his other attorneys.

That's ... bad. It's $83.3 million + $10 million worth of bad now.

"First, her main argument was that THE BITCH DESERVED IT. (It’s kind of her thing.)"

Fucked up thing is, even if this weren't the PAB, that would be a successful tactic with the magats. It's kind of their thing.

"M"'s avatar

That is f*cked up. What we can count on now, though, is a unanimous verdict's worth of "shut up and keep those toxic sentiments to yourself" for those people.

In the several tens of millions.

"Third, Habba is a slut-shaming asshole."

Which is ironic, considering that Ol' Poopy Pants hired her because he wants to boink her.

...One assumes.

It obviously was not for her legal acumen.

Tessie's avatar

"This morning, the court actually warned Habba that she was “on the verge of spending some time in the lockup”"

Maybe some judge, somewhere, anywhere, should try that with Stinky.
