It aligns with their beliefs about anyone who is not their guy.I would be embarrassed to find I had been fooled by propaganda.The guy I called out just doubled down. Tweeting Randos on Twitter and tabloid stories, is not doing your research.

I worked with a nurse who I got along well enough with. She moved to Savannah Georgia for a traveling job. When she came back she was full of praise for the place. (Now granted, it is a lovely town.) I asked what she had liked. She replied "The blacks there really know their place." I couldn't decode that, so I said the only connection my brain would make I stupidly asked"They know where they live?" I was appalled when she elaborated. Then I remembered she was a native Floridian from an economically disadvantaged background. Stereotypes often exist for a reason.
