You can't actually get your profits if American people not only can't create or innovate, can't source the talent, but if the people are also left too poor to actually buying things.
But because of the mechanics of most colleges and universities—exposure to other points of view—this gets in the way of the hatred that parents instill in their children and it must be stamped out. Presumably Bible colleges would offer a homeschool option to help some of these people keep their kids from seeing a minority they hate, but the real world isn't so friendly.

So, paying the ICE cops triple of what everyone else makes in law enforcement means that there will be mass resignations from police forces in cities, counties, and states. Those jurisdictions will then have to triple what they pay officers to retain them and preserve public order, and bust their budgets, or face more unsolved crimes and excessively long response times.
