Also, too, for all the pundits and too-little-too-late gutless [R]s now looking to dump trump, I don't see it happening, as early/absentee votes have already been cast. Looks like they have to dance with the guy what brung 'em.

My biggest fear now is that the Republicans get Trump off the ticket and Hillary has to campaign against someone that we don't already know is horrible.

I just hope that if that happens the hardcore Trumpinistas get so mad they don't vote for the new Republican candidate.

Perhaps the MSM's dilatoriness in going after Drumpf has a silver lining after all....

TCM is showing Frankenstein movies Sunday night. Stories about undead creatures, pieced together from the dead, animated by technology. Pretty much the same as the debates. "We belong dead !"

IK,R? And who would have expected the 4:30 post would have less than 500 non-comments?

I. Am. Bummed. I was gettin' all jazzed about the Massacree on the Mississippi, but looking through the TV listings It looks like NHK won't be showing the debate on their satellite channels as they did for the first debate. Monday (Don't forget that International Dateline thingie.) is a holiday here in Mangaland, so, no news, no debate, just sports. GRRRRR!!!!! My only hope is that one of their digital channels will carry it. Unfortunately, my desktop is not actually in our house - long story. It's just two doors down, but not nearly as comfy as watching at home. It's always sumthin', ain't it?

"it is a town hall format, so Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will take questions from ordinary voters", or as Gene Wilder's character said in "Blazing Saddles": You've got to remember that these are just simple farmers. These are people of the land. The common clay of the new West. You know... morons."

Didn't read thru all of the non-existent comments yet, so forgive me if I've been beaten to it.

Will Robyn and intern Dominic live-blog the debate watchy-watchy thing?
