This weekend, the Washington Post sexplained that the CIA believes Russia interfered in the US American election to help the very shiny Donald Trump. But Donald Trump is no dummy, and he's not having it! Unless you catch "hackers" in the act, it is very hard to determine who was doing the hacking. Why wasn't this brought up before election?
WTF is Trump talking about needing to catch 'hackers' in the act to order to verify who's doing it? Maybe I'm being a computer dunce, but since when does that happen? Aren't they almost always discovered later?
Does anyone know who the artist is that created this? I have tried to send an email to the signature address on the work but all attempts have bounced back. I am in the process of working up smallhandsinthewhitehouse.com and would like to display this work on it. Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Look, if you don't see the hacker reaching through the tube, you just don't know. It's not as if the systems keep "logs" of such things. Nor would anyone expect that the NSA has "carnivore" system monitoring data transmissions over the internet.
