Most murder charges are charged by the state only. Federal murder charges are filed only in very specific circumstances. So an anti-lynching law means a trial in federal courts where, before, it would only have been state charges.

As a Californian, I am used to it having already been decided by the time I have to pick in the Primary/ I don't think I will be able to handle voting on Super Tuesday in 2020. Voting that early is too much pressure. My vote might matter!!

She is far n away the most qualified & prepared, yet Americans love their shiny new things, don't they? Also too, they love Bernie, who is neither shiny nor new, and doesn't have plans and policies.
