I really just can't wait until Tesla is valued as it should be - I smell another "pump and dump" from Elno with this whole $25K and Robotaxi announcement that came suspiciously quickly after Tesla dropped AGAIN on the stock market. Wanna bet that the poor saps at Tesla are now working 100 hour weeks trying to dummy up a couple more fake vehicles for his "August 8th" reveal of something that doesn't exist and won't for another three to four years - if ever?

This guy is as scammy and scummy as PAB and lies just about as often. I would like to see the market finally wake up and reduce him to a common billionaire and then give him his run through the legal system that has finally started to catch up with PAB.

Time for punitive damages which, if I recall Judge Learned Hand’s explanation in the one law course I took, should be large enough to equal what it would have cost to prevent the harm from occurring. Pre-Musk Twitter fact-checkers’ combined expenses? What Musk paid for Twitter? Both?

why not settle already? I know why. Cause if Brody is awarded, the flood gates will open.

How many people, private citizens, did Elon set his howler monkies on? That number is pretty large.

Brody wins and the remainder will absolutely start suing his ass off. It will become one of those "Did Elon musk ruin your life? You may be eligible for compensation" things

Elon is so used to ass kissers he has no idea he is an incel odious putz.

Reading that deposition did make it painfully clear that Musk has no cleverness or sense, simply mountains of moolah. Ah, to have the confidence of a mediocre white man indeed.

I loathe Musk so much...

Ta, Marcie. I have my own opinion about why Musk is ruining Xitter on purpose. It was used to great effect as an organizing tool during the Arab Spring. Musky no likey; he's always on the side of the fascists, no matter their geographic location.

"MUSK: Yeah, that’s actually — that may seem like a large number, but it is not compared to the fact — I believe there are something on the order of five to eight trillion views per year so a million is really —"

so, if we shoot one billionaire into the sun, it's no big deal because there are plenty of them?

Brody should sue for a lot more than $1 million. I recommend at least $20 million.

Recently Roswell, New Mexico welcomed another set of emissaries from Outer Space to planet Earth. Prior to their arrival these Extraterrestrial visitors had sent communications to the Human Race expressing well wishes and hopes of cooperative peace and understanding. They also proposed an exchange of gifts. The humans in charge of this diplomatic mission were startled to see that these aliens looked exactly like Tesla cybertrucks but quickly recovered their poise. Of course the obvious move was to offer the visitors one of planet earth's own cybertrucks as a token of good will when it came time to exchange the gifts.

BAD MOVE!

The visitors, upon arrival, unloaded 100,000,000 metric tons of every important mineral and chemical element that is in short supply on Earth. They hoped that human wars over such scarce minerals and elements would become a thing of the past.

Elon Musk drove one of his cybertrucks out of a nearby hanger and parked it next to the Visitors mountain of gifts. He got out and saluted the Visitors and began an explanation of how his cybertruck product was comparable to the vast horde of valuable material the Visitors had gifted to humanity. But his planned welcoming speech was drowned out as the Visitors suddenly broke into a cacophony of outraged howling. The most senior of the Visitors diplomats suddenly produced a ray gun and promptly vaporized both Elon and his cybertruck. It then herded the rest of it's delegation back into their ship. In the twinkling of an eye the Visitors lifted off and returned to space.

Shortly before that ship left our solar system the Visitors beamed their final message to the Earth.

"You guys suck. That thing had RUST on it! We could tell it had no range at all. But to give us one already infested with some kind of gross parasite was the last straw! Fuck all y'all!"

I'm disappointed that they are not suing for more money.

I would have thought the argument that netted nearly $100M from Trump would work with a jury again.

"How much money will it take to stop him doing it again?"

He pissed away $40 billion because he likes to tweet.

I'd be arguing for punitive damages of over $100M, and even then I'm not sure it's enough.

Elno is really not that smart.

[Cybertruck owners have been taking to the Internet to gripe that their not-so-stainless-steel hulks start to rust after just a couple of months, take more than 14 hours to charge, and tap out of juice after about 250 miles, instead of the advertised 320.]

"Mr. Musk, Sir- the display of my new Cybertruck (wow!) keeps flashing KILL ALL THE HUMANS. Also, the water is about to reach the tops of my windows. Will there be a patch for this? Still want to go to Mars with you, though!"

WHO COULD HAVE GUESSED that a dedicated Trumper would blatantly lie AND blame everything on someone else? The mind boggles

“I don’t think — I don’t think — I don’t think he has been meaningfully harmed by this … People are attacked all the time in the media, online media, social media, but it is rare that that actually has a meaningful negative impact on their life,”

Yeah, when you're richer than god, these threats are meaningless. For those of us who actually have to operate in the real world with all your crazy fucking fan bois, those threats are pretty fucking meaningful.

Is Elno going to destroy his toy, Twitter, for shits and giggles? Couldn't somebody divert him, change his hobby to something less destructive, such as setting fire to large piles of $100 bills, volunteering to be the crash-test dummy for the next generation of Teslas?
