"through a combination of bribery and using classified information to blackmail bureaucrats"Our information its just icing on the cake and the real goal is getting the info on those in positions to help or hinder them in this coup.
I'm confused. Is this "making America great again" or "keeping America great again"? I lost track when Trump said he convinced Putin to adopt his own campaign motto: "COMMON SENSE."
If this is a threat to security and privacy guarantees that we count on, is the response to be some very thoughtful and firms legislative proposals? Which will take weeks, months to wind their way through Congress before being voted down?
Speaker/Pastor Johnson won't be bringing up any bills that might pump the brakes on this bulldozing of the federal government, might threaten the treasonous agenda every GOP elected is greenlighting through their collective silence.
Is it just me or is it time for some injunctions, search warrants, contempt citations and even arrests to put some speed bumps in the path of this huge capitulation? I’m not a member of the Lock-Em-Up Gang but what are the limits to these actual invasions? Really asking, not just ranting.
I really hate that one of these asshats is named Kliger, because my brain always reads it as Klinger and then I get upset at myself for besmirching Max Klinger like that.
I want to hear more of our leaders saying they give a damn. I wrote my rep this weekend with that sentiment. So far, it seems the American Bar Association is the only entity that expresses what needs to be said, but daily:
"On MSNBC’s “The Weekend,” Steele’s co-host, Symone Sanders-Townsend, asked former Republican National Committee chair Michael Steelehim, “What would you have us do?”
“I would like you to show that you give a damn,” Steele replied to his colleague, a one-time adviser to former Vice President Kamala Harris. “That you got a little emotion about the fact that people are losing their jobs indiscriminately,” he continued.
“So, I’d just like to see somebody wake the hell up and get excited about the fact that your country is under assault,” he said. “They’re not at the gate anymore, they’re in your bedrooms, they’re in your living rooms, they’re in your businesses, they got your data, dumbass, they got all your stuff.”
Co-host Alicia Menendez suggested Republicans are equally to blame. “The hell with Republicans,” Steele replied. “They’re not going to do anything, they’re the problem.”"

I still can’t believe we’re trusting a foreign drug addict and his incel clown posse with all of our sensitive information.
I'd sooner trust the Killer Klowns from Outer Space with my tax information than the Incel Clown Posse.
I'm not.

Whichever one it is, it's the worst one.
In a way it's reassuring that these 'people' still think they need 'money'.
I wonder if I'll get my tax return.
File now. Refunds are coming in two weeks time.

Violation of HIPPAA laws?
of course, did you think they'd miss HIPPAA?

It was time three weeks ago.
Ta, Marcie. Oh, FFS!
"Nothing is better than madness without method." Translated from the Latin surrounding the DOGE herald.
"They're leaking the DOGE, They're leaking the cats!" is today's winner of the internet.
WHAT HAVE THE MAGAnuts DONE? DON’T THEY KNOW IT AFFECTS THEM AS WELL?
how many maggats would risk death to put a bit of hurt on a single lib?
[ AOT, K ]
True. Such is their fear of knowing the truth. Like Pizza the Hut on the movie Spaceballs: they’d rather eat themselves to death, than die of hunger

I find it disturbing to agree with him
