So as I understand it, the only parties with standing to sue Trump over emoluments are those that sought favorable treatment from the administration but didn't funnel any money into a Trump business before doing so.
There must be lots of terrorism laws on the books now. Threats to the public good? lowering the tone of the nation? Putting every vulnerable person in jeopardy? A fox in every henhouse?
