My 5th great grandfather was an adopted Seneca who used to accompany Shawnee on raiding parties into the Ohio Valley after the Revolution. He had this wacky idea that they were actually entitled to their own land. The Americans hated him, called him a race traitor, etc. We're very proud of him.
