Last time I was there I saw a blazing car fire in the Target parking lot. The local newspaper said it was a meth event gone wrong. I honestly know absolutely nothing whatsoever about meth, so I may be off-base here, but I would think one would use it at home and not in the car in the Target parking lot. But what do I know?
