Y’all might think it’s funny, but your town has never been overrun by vicious gangs of roving post-modern profaners, randomly replacing reality with simulacra, deconstructing old ladies and decanonizing city parks. Rampaging thugs re-evaluating the entire Western value system. I still have nightmares.

Hold me.

WTF is wrong with these people? They are afraid of everyone not like them and theories I have just about never encountered until they bring them up and wail and cry about them.

I swear we do not live in the same bubble of the multiverse universe

I believe by law you have to teach both sides, so this must be a companion class to Cultural Capitalism. Including both Keynesian Funkanomics and the Austrian school of Zeitgeist.

See you start by teaching kindergarteners about her evil music catalogue, then as they age you explain how she is ruining football. By the time you’re in middle school you can start telling them how her endorsement of Joe Biden is communism, and then you can teach age appropriate sex Ed lectures like “Taylor Swift doesn’t like Nazis and this communism makes boners sad”. You have to build up to it!

Doc, Thanks for wading through this for me. These people are really digging deep into what they want to shut down and why. I appreciate your insight, and will be more aware.

Oh, geeze, that 100 million "victims of Communism" screed again. Yeah, if you count German soldiers killed on the Russian front, factor in what normal growth rates might have been absent mismanaged agricultural reforms in the Soviet Union and China, victims of the US war against Vietnam, etc. etc. etc., you might implausibly come up with a figure even the authors of that "study" admit were bullshit.

The requirement to teach the history of Communism in the United States also includes teaching about McCarthyism, HUAC and the rest of the Red Scare excesses, right?

Hahahahahaha I crack myself up sometimes.

Anything that is not what they like and want is cultural marxist and must be destroyed.

But you know, we're canceling THEM by not listening to them.

One neat trick.

When I was in high school in Florida, an anti-communisn course was required for high school graduation and one of the core freeshman college courses in state universities was American Idea.

We also has our owen Joe McCarthy, a state senator named Charlie Johns, looking for commies in all the colleges.
