In NY, I would give the birds dog hair after a brushing.When I threw it for them, they would swoop down and get it before it hit the ground.
It's kind of funny, because all the small red counties with no money will be hard pressed to send voters ballots or have drop boxes because they won't be able to afford to hire any more of the SOE's relatives.
The GOP doesn't provide funds to update all the old equipment in the big blue counties down south. That, plus jiggery-pokery, helps them win elections.
