Because as we all know, getting laid off a job means that the person is a lousy drug-addicted degenerate drain on society, as evidenced by his or her lack of shame in taking other peoples&#039; money in &quot;benefits.&quot; Mandatory drug-testing will expose all of them for the parasites that they are.
