The kids are responsible for their own ground-standing. It's part of the whole "We love your baby till it's born, then we lose all interest" program.
I want to know what the judge thought she was suposed to do if she couldn't get out through garage. Hide behind the garbage can until her husband came to look for her?
Lot's of things really. Both parties were potentially carrying skittles, one party was scared or angry enough to fire a gun but sufficiently worried about hurting the other party to shoot an unarmed wall instead, the party without the gun was apparently the one doing the stalking/threatening,and no side walks were used inappropriately. Lastly no one was actually physically hurt or made deceased in the incident. My apologies if snark was intended by your comment. Lack of voice inflection etc.
