It retained its shape because they use 2 different thickeners in the ice-cream since it's the same ice-cream they use in the cones. It's safe to eat.

My mom was heavily involved in Florida NOW and regularly escorted at the clinics. She used to invite me weekly. And each time I told her no and explained to her why. She agreed it was a bad idea, but would ask again the following week, as though I was somehow gonna find the tolerance and self-restraint to suffer such fools without a confrontation. Lol. I know myself, and I’m capable of pushing myself. I just know too well that my processing on this particular subject is too rigid to allow for making those exceptions. It doesn’t compute that it’s “wrong” to fight back against those people in the moment. Better to leave that work to people more adept and utilize me elsewhere.

The people running Wendy Faustin are not so much interested in terrorizing women in Colorado (although they sure enough are all of that) as they are in taking this back to the Supreme Court now that it has a Catholic majority that unanimously overturned Dobbs and has handed down majority opinions in case after case eroding the wall between church and state, privileging Christian dogma, and shredding the very concept of secular, diverse democracy.

If they can get five, or all six, Roberts Republican Court justices in the Republican majority to overturn the Court's own ruling in Hill, then the First Amendment is that much more fragile, that much less about meaning what the founding fathers intended it to mean and more about what the fascist billionaires want it to mean.

Faustin is being represented by a fascist front organization and pipeline to the Roberts Republican Court, First Liberty Institute (based in Plano, Texas, and funded by dark money, as well as by a Washington D.C.-based Federalist Society law firm, Cooper & Kirk, which also has close and direct ties to the radical right members of the Court.

“Distributing leaflets discussing abortion, its risks and implications, and its alternatives is core expression protected by the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment,”
