I agree that racism is rampant in American institution's. I believe too many white Americans are apathetic, clueless or yes, racists. I read it and see it daily. Poverty is deeply rooted in racist policies in education and banking. Incarceration rates are indefensible. I've been caught by cops underage drinking, smoking pot, etc... Never even a ticket...
