From Russia With, Um, What's That Word Again?

Condoleezza Rice told Vladimir Putin he has too much "personal power" today. But maybe she just meant his cologne is too powerful. (And by cologne, of course, we mean vodka.) Despite the Secretary of State's much-celebrated fluency in Russian, we understand she's having some trouble with it on her trip. Mixing up complicated phrases like "Yes" and "No," that kind of thing. Hey, if she can learn to do that in English, maybe 2008 is hers to lose.— GREG BEATO
