I think 18 minus 21 = Contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

This has gotten so bad that being a gay bashing Republican should automatically land you in the slammer. Preventive measure sort of.

I can't wait to hear how he thinks he's innocent. my guess is something in the same shade as that GA judge who thought that someone should not accept a FB friends request if they don't want a dick pick. "Those kids shouldn't have gone to this summer camp if they didn't intend to get drunk and strip for me."...?

Here's a little more info on that (from a link posted by weejee, below):

A separate criminal complaint filed in 2012 by a 19-year-old woman accused him of sexual battery. The woman, described in the report only by her age and Asian ethnicity, claimed that while she was cleaning Silva’s home, he insisted she drink alcohol. When she repeatedly refused, she said he grabbed her, spanked her firmly on the buttocks several times and called her a “bad girl.”

“She was a disgruntled employee,” Silva said of the woman, dismissing her claims in a Thursday phone interview.

Jesus. What a scumbag.

Jim Jeffries on "free" countries:

92 countries would be considered free by our definition of a western-style democracy. In those 92 countries, you can take an 18 year old girl, strip her naked, put her in a room with 10 complete strangers, have those 10 strangers jack off in a circle around her and come on her face, film it and put it on the internet, and that's completely legal.

In only 91 of those 92 "free" countries can that 18 year old girl walk into a bar and order a beer.
