The Georgia GOP has pulled the old switcheroo, by advancing a discriminatory bill while the only dissenting member was taking a tinkle. Taking a break from their usual routine of burning textbooks and telling poor kids to suck it , the Georgia Senate is considering a bill that would make it legal for people to discriminate willy (heh) nilly so long as the discriminators hold sincerely held religious beliefs, and blah blah blah, you've heard all this before. Queers suck, bakers are now sacred, and everyone should have the right to be as much of a prick as they want to be. GOP 2016!
While they're at it, d'ya suppoze they could pass a bill preventing religious folk from acting against their Own "sincerely held religious beliefs?" Maybe they could start with the ole' "Do unto others" biznuss?
Sure. In fact, I'd like to see a law mandating that anyone who pulls the "sincere religious beliefs" card be immediately subjected to an Inquisition regarding church attendance habits, contributions to charity and use of the Lord's name in vain.
Whew, I thought this was the Cat Shredding Toilet Paper Act of 2015. I would hate to see my cat sent up the river on a Charmin rap.
Should've just peed right there on the floor, at least on the Republican side of the floor...."Oh, is that your shoe? Sorry......"
But it's still okay for Larry Craig to take a wide stance in the mens rooms at Hartsfield International?

So Georgia has no age limits on running for the legislature? The joint is packed with four year olds.
Next bill up: Repealing the requirement for cootie shots.
feh
Well, that was a piss-poor example of democracy at work.
I'll leave quietly.
Easy peesy pass the sleazy.
They're getting really good at this whole banana republic thing, aren't they?
The cat in that GIF is having a hell of a lot more fun than I am. Excuse me while I go shred a toilet paper roll.
Nancy Pelosi should take note of this...

There is no low that is too low even for these guys, is there?
To be fair, when one of my colleagues takes a break from a meeting to pee, that's usually when we give him the assignment no one wants.

Vaccinating against cooties is TYRANNY!
And Dems keep falling for it. If I was the lone voice in the wilderness I would carry an empty RC (because, Georgia) bottle with me at all times.
