I see no way this lawsuit will fly. See the "Full Faith and Credit" clause of the Constitution.

The Constitution clearly gives the states the authority to conduct elections and craft their own, individual laws to do so. Claims of violation of state laws in the conduct of these elections have already been litigated and Donnie Bonespurs LOST.

I cannot see five justices voting to take the case, let alone decide it in the favor of the whiny-ass Plaintiffs.

You think so?

There is a reason why those people live in gated communities, send the kids to private schools, and favor panhandlers and the homeless banned as "unsightly".

And prefer the Gospel of Wealth to real message of their supposed Deity.

Do not worry, Josh Shapiro has our back on this one. Check out the bits from the Penna. AG's brief above.

He and other local attorneys for the Penna. counties the Trumpeters have been suing (primarily Phila. and Allegheny, which is Pittsburgh) have hit back hard against the Trumpeters defending the Penna. elections.

So they are warmed up and in the zone.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

The GOP definitely the bad actors here. And since they are involved, I'll take the over. I'll parlay that with SCOTUS not taking it, and a total meltdown by Donnie will then ensue. Definitely the over on nasty tweets.

It's a safe bet, so it won't be the big money. But a win is a win.

It would be interesting to know where those postage-paid envelopes went, and who paid for it..

Known in the direct mail trade as a "BRE" (business reply envelope, vs. the CRE, or customer reply envelope, where you supply the postage) they are associated with mailing permits and their postal accounts.

Uh, this is a guy that "jokingly" asked his Russia buddies to "find" Mrs. Clinton's deleted e-mails.

And whose campaign played along with the Russians, conspiring with Assange and providing useful and political polling data. Useful in targeting your tweets, trolls, and bots, campaigns seldom give that to domestic politicos, let foreign intelligence services.

He's been telegraphing his "rigged election" ploy for months.

Don't know if it's insanity but it is SOP. Since he's largely gotten away with it up 'til now.

No kidding. My neighbor didn't even realize that Newsmax is owned by Trump's BFF Chris Ruddy and that the "news" is not objective. How anybody could look at that loony network and take it seriously is beyond me.
