I bet if one encouraged community-aware policing, funded local clinics, community gardens, daycares, community centres, parks, etc it would go a LONG way.

Oh clean water and good roads and bridges too, but that'll happen one INFRASTRUCTURE WEEK, right? Right?

Yes but at the same time, the risk for yesterday's "establishment centrist" Repub was being primaried by a Tea Pottier. You either got with the program or you got kicked to the curb.

I've come to see Republicans as these "factions": rich as fuck; racist as fuck; Christianist as fuck; and stupid as fuck. Many are more than one faction.

Trump's election, by giving Repubs control over all three branches of federal government, simply enabled the Repub wet dream.
