It's my contention the race for Dumbest Congressman in the 115th Congress is a titanic struggle between 293 different people, that is, every republican in the House and Senate, including newcomer Karen "I don't support a livable wage" Handel.
I vaguely recall Sam Malone on 104.1 KRBE when I was in HS and college in Houston, late '90s and early '00s. I remember him being right-of-center, but not a total nutbar. <sigh>
