I had to go back and read that in context when I realized it wasn't a comment on his drinking.

You see, this is what happens when you let stupid people vote. Democracy is completely unworkable.
This story gets scarier if you just replace Boehner with whoever the current head of Al Qaeda is, and the Tea Party groups with ISIL, Khorasan, and Al-nusra.
