If you believe one word of what Rand Paul says like this article seems to do then you have zero credibility. He doesn't give a damn about prison reform or drug reform unless it benefits Republican 1%ers in some way. Almost everything he says that some on the left like sometimes is basically just pandering.
He says whatever he thinks his audience wants him to say and has been known to change that from week to week.
Randy Paul just needs to make everyone forget his (sort of) opposition to the Civil Rights Act or the fact that he pals around with guys with names like "The Southern Avenger."
They've been trying really hard to scapegoat Latinos in recent years, but that doesn't seem to be impressing black voters too much. Plus, for some reason, it's hurting them among Latino voters, too.
