We're not crying, you're crying!

As you know, hundreds of thousands of people are marching today all around the country to demand that our government reunite immigrant children with their parents and put an end to the zero tolerance polices that caused them to be separated in the first place. As you might imagine, a lot of people had a lot of strong feelings about that.

In Atlanta, civil rights icon John Lewis told marchers it was time for them to get into "good trouble, necessary trouble."

"You are sending a message, we are sick and tired of seeing little children, seeing little babies taken from their mothers," he said in a fiery speech. "It's not right, it's not fair."
The longtime leader also offered his advice for the resistance movement.
"Look, you know, I've been talking for some time and getting in trouble. It's time for some of us to get in good trouble, necessary trouble," Rep. Lewis suggested. "In the final analysis, we may have to turn America upside down to set it right side up, but whatever we do, do it in an orderly, peaceful and nonviolent fashion."
"And never, never, ever hate, for hate is too heavy a burden to bear," he added

At the rally in DC, Leah, the 12-year old daughter of an undocumented immigrant gave an emotional speech pleading with the government to not take children like her away from their families.
