Now, some of those sales went to right-wing sites as subscription prizes, but I don&#039;t have much trouble believing that, back in 2009, a couple per cent of adult Americans were sufficiently Sarah-smitten.to buy a copy to &quot;show support&quot;. It would be fascinating to learn how many purchasers ever <i>read</i> the whole thing.
