Grifty Wussy Men's Rights Activists Dudes Need Your Money To Stop Ladies From Beating Them Up

You know, you'd think after one of their ilk murdered six people -- men AND ladies -- just a wee bit ago and was fueled by their signature disgusting froth of misogyny and self-loathing, the Men's Rights Activists people (and oh, do we use the term "people" loosely) would be laying low, but that is not how MRAs roll oh no it is not.

While the rest of the world is trying to throat punch them or at the bare minimum look at the ground and whistle until they pass by, the MRAs have decided to highlight their upcoming nonsense conference (nonference?) about how hard it is out there for dudes by doing some extra fundraising for increased security so big mean feminists can't beat them up.

A Men's Rights conference slated for Detroit later this month successfully raised $25,000 for extra security on Tuesday, after the hotel hosting the conference expressed concerns about the security of its employees and guests. Men's rights blogger Dean Esmay blamed the threats on the "feminist establishment."

In their pitch to supporters, A Voice For Men said that their three-day First International Conference on Men’s Issues was "under attack by ruthless ideologues who want to silence us." The funds will be used to hire seven off-duty police officers to cover security for the event, the Detroit News reports.

Men's Rights Guys, we hate to break it to you, but pretty much everybody except you hates you, so we're not sure you can blame this one on the feminists alone. Did it ever occur to you that spilling forth hate and venom that somehow contributed to people ACTUALLY DYING might make a wide swath of people dislike you? Nah, probably not, because you're the stunningly un-self-aware people that are petitioning to have feminism classified as a terrorist group.

Over the years feminism has constantly attacked men and women for choosing to live their lives the way they want to. These actions have now progressed to physical violence where we have seen feminists violently attack men who are concerned about mens issues.Repeated attacks in Canada and elseware have left many injured and maimed. Another feminist cell activated recently and is planning on attacking another talk for men in the US. Its time we stopped the violence, its time we put a stop to the hatred feminists are constantly generating. Its time we stopped womens studied courses from brainwashing women into thinking they are victims. Its time these misandric loonatics are stopped.

Need we even point out that all the errors remain in the original? We might start calling people "misandric loonatics" though, because that does sort of sound like something we'd say.

Errors, aside, that petition is both super well-written AND very thoughtfully argued! We are totally sold and will now renounce our misandrist ways and attend your weird sad panda dude conference that has a surprising number of Canadian speakers. Things for Voice-needing men are either way better or way worse in our neighbor to the north. We're  kinda hoping it is the former, because then all these weirdos could just go there. Canada has plenty of room. Hell, you could probably stuff them all in Saskatchewan or the Yukon or another of your charmingly named rural areas and never even know they were there. Now that's a fundraiser we'd gladly contribute to.
