Something that I don't see people emphasizing enough in this story is that he stopped in every dollar store in 1300 miles. It's like the perfectly-chosen action to ensure than any disease in one community is passed on to all the others.
If he was looting stores after a tornado for this stuff he'd be shot. I don't see much of a difference between that and this. He's a fucking scumbag, he and his brother both.
People that are most susceptible need hand sanitizer more that anyone. Checkers in stores need to use it between every customer to stop spreading it. You never know where and when you;ll need to use it and if you don't have it you can't. These hoarders are committing crimes against humanity as much as Hitler.
