Come join me at davidlsmith.substack.com. I’ve written some penetrating pieces on the economy and financial markets. A ”preview of the first draft of history - before it happens.”

Here’s grist for your mill:

5 of the 9 SCOTUS justices attended Harvard Law School. Let’s see how the regime fares when Harvard appeals for relief before the Supreme Court. This will put the Supremes face-to-face with the monstrosity they created.

Regards,

David Smith

Glad to see Harvard growing a spine (a rally in Cambridge two days ago, urging Harvard to fight back, probably had a lot to do with it).

Corporate media has a habit, no doubt purposely, of not connecting the dots. Every single article about the fpotus’s regime targeting individuals, institutions, and organizations for being "anti-semitic" should be pointing out several facts. The Sec Def has White supremacist tattoos on his body. Fpotus pardoned dozens, if not hundreds, of rioters at the Jan. 6th, 2021 attempted coup, who sported Nazi regalia, clothing, and swastikas on flags. The fpotus has dined prominently with several pro-Nazi idealists and Holocaust deniers such as Nick Fuentes and the rapper Ye, aka Kanye West. Fpotus picked Joe Kent, who has ties to white nationalists – including participating in an interview with a Nazi sympathizer, Greyson Arnold - to lead the National Counterterrorism Center.

There are more instances of obvious anti-semitic people the fpotus favors.

The fpotus has chosen several Jewish men in his regime as well, as ambassadors, advisors, and the head of the EPA, Lee Zeldin. I wonder how all these political choices in the current regime get along in soirées.

I hope we last long enough to see it.

Fun Facts: Harvard is 150 years older than the USA. In that time there have been only 31 Presidents, making the President of Harvard a more select group than Presidents of the USA

Current President, Alan Michael Garber, is a Jew. So much for the "rooting out antisemitism BS

I had no idea that Harvard got so much money. Never thought about it before. Makes me wonder why they turned out some of our biggest dipshits. Some of our best too.

Funny how white "Christian" dewdz (who do & say the opposite of what Christ actually did and said, if he existed) ALWAYS pass the merit test! (if there is one!)

FFOTUS:

"...Remember, Tax Exempt Status is totally contingent on acting in the PUBLIC INTEREST..."

Maybe this asshole needs to read the IRS tax code before he goes making such arrogant nonsense.

All of this just to make trouble for Henry Louis Gates.

Harvard was here before we were even "The Colonies." It will be here after Trump.

We've got BC, AD, and CE. When Sir checks out will it be AT, AS, ADJT, or AHOLE?

Ending Harvard’s tax-exempt status is not a case Trump can plausibly win because it would mean blue-state governors could start taxing Catholic Churches and select right-wing nonprofits--besides the inconvenient fact that it's illegal. I suspect this is a ploy to bully them into negotiating so he can claim he won something from them. It's about the only pitch he's got, and now the hitters are learning to time his fastball. Harvard is learning from Canada and China and Wesleyan University and a couple of resisting law firms that if they don't back down, Trump doesn't really have a Plan B except to paint himself even further into an unconstitutional corner. I expect to see more people following Harvard's example here (provided they don't chicken out).

Ooooh, that would be fun.
