Dead kids and powerful people literally getting away with murder are my kyptonite. Everything was so depressing I temporarily lost my will to snark, so I really haven&#039;t written much today. I&#039;m absolutely floored by the NY decision. I cannot imagine what instruction to the jury or piece of evidence countered the video of a man being murdered in real time. This is just the last in a long line of hard-to-swallow injustices, but I&#039;m not saying anything that you don&#039;t already know.
You should understand that I originally took my screen name years ago as part of a project to rebel against cute cat videos on the Internet. I really hated the banal popularity of cute cat videos.

The kitty in the front of the second video looked like it had read all those articles and was contemplating whether to end it all by strangling itself with a ball of wool or knocking its brains out in a misjudged leap for the mantelpiece.
